Ilia Jochimowicz – actor, journalist, promoter and manager of genealogical research, anchorman and entrepreneur of public events.

He is a 4th generation of journalists dynasty on his father's side and an offspring of two families of writers on both sides.

Born February 5th 1978 in Novosibirsk (Russia), brought up in a family of his maternal grandfather - Soviet writer and journalist David Jochimowicz.

As a kid, he showed interest in entrepreneurship since the 80’s.

After graduating from high school during the turmoil of the 90’s he decided unexpectedly to become an actor. After graduating from State Theater School of Novosibirsk worked in a local theater under his father’s last name – Bezriadin.

He left the theater for organizing shows and corporative events for different companies. Worked in two committees of Novosibirsk municipality – entrepreneurship and culture. Graduated from law school in Novosibirsk State University. Was highly praised for his organizational skills. He also took part in federal program “Young businessmen of Russia”. He was one of the first people to notice a new business opportunity and opened a chain of hostels in the city.

He is married with children.

As someone who cares, he founded a charity fund that supports high school students who want to be journalists. For this he attracted not only the city and regional power resources of Novosibirsk to help, but also personal help of some politicians and businessmen from Moscow.

In 2005, he joined the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation. In 2016 he became a member of the International Union of Journalists.

His main hobby and life's work is genealogical research, to which he has devoted a quarter of a century.
